By using ABH Digital & AI's services or website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services

ABH Digital & AI provides website design, development, hosting, and AI receptionist services. Service agreements, pricing, and scope are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Payments

Website services are billed as outlined in individual service agreements. Monthly fees are due on the first of each month. One-time fees are due before project kick-off.

Limitation of Liability

ABH Digital & AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services beyond the fees paid for those services.
